  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

How to make it:

  1. Soak the almonds, walnuts, and dates in warm water for about 10 minutes to soften them up.
  2. Toss the banana, soaked nuts, and dates into a blender.
  3. Add the protein powder and coconut water.
  4. Blend everything until it’s nice and smooth.
  5. If you like it cold, throw in some ice cubes.
  6. Pour it into a glass and enjoy!
