2. Reverse Flys
Attach the band to something sturdy at chest height. Hold the ends of the band and step back a bit to create some tension, bending your knees slightly. Pull the band out to your sides while keeping your arms at shoulder height. This one works your shoulders and upper back, helping you stand tall.

3. Standing Row
Attach the band at waist level. Face the attachment point and grab the band with both hands. Pull it towards you, keeping your elbows close to your body and squeezing your shoulder blades together. This exercise is great for strengthening your middle back and keeping your spine stable.
