- Biryani spices (bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg powder)
How to Make It:
- Half-cook the Basmati rice and set it aside.
- Grease a deep pan with a bit of ghee and spread a layer of butter chicken.
- Add a layer of the half-cooked rice on top.
- Sprinkle fried onions, saffron milk, and ghee on each layer.
- Add biryani spices and another layer of rice.
- Cover the pan tightly and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.

- Spices: turmeric, red chili powder, salt, asafoetida, mustard seeds
How to Make It:
- Heat oil in a deep pan, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, and turmeric.
- Lightly fry the gram flour, then add tamarind pulp and water to cook.
- Toss in chopped potatoes, ladyfinger, and drumstick. Mix in the spices and let it simmer until thick.
- Cut the dhokla into small pieces.
- When serving, add the dhoklas to the kadhi and top with fresh coriander.
3. Aloo Keema Puffs
What You’ll Need:
- Puff pastry sheets (store-bought or homemade)
- Aloo Keema Stuffing (cooked potato and minced mutton)
- Spices: ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala
- Egg yolk (for brushing)
