How to Make Five Ingredient Chicken Curry
An easy 5-ingredient chicken curry recipe that you can make at home on a busy night:
Step 1:
First, wash the chicken well. Marinate it in a little lemon juice, a pinch of turmeric and salt. Let it rest while you prepare the other ingredients.
Step 2:
Heat a pan on medium heat and add some oil. Add green chilies and ginger garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
Step 3:
Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown and caramelized. Then add tomatoes and stir until soft and well combined.
Step 4:
Season the mixture with turmeric, Kashmiri red chili powder, cumin powder and salt. Make sure the spices are mixed well with the vegetables.

2 medium onions, chopped
