Friendship is a gift we all cherish. Whether it’s talking about different enemies or sharing joys and sorrows, friendship can make life more interesting. Defining friendship can be a difficult task when asked because everyone’s experience with friendship is different. Some say their family is their best friend, while others talk about their furry friends because they have positively impacted their lives in some way. Here are five true friendship stories from five women who shared their gratitude for the positive impact their friends had in their lives:
1.I was away from home and at the lowest point in my relationship.
I was depressed because of it, and that’s when Riha Attasery came into my life like an angel.
I had trouble even getting out of bed, and the thought of going to college and finishing my education seemed so distant. But my roommate Riha got me through the tough times. She would cook for me, make sure I didn’t go to bed hungry, buy me a healthy snack after I finished my homework, and take me out of the room to get some change. It made me feel less lonely and homesick. For me, this is my home in this strange city.”
2.The lockdown and working from home situation were so mind-numbing that even when my office went into hybrid mode
I still didn’t enjoy working. Within a few months, Tanya Srivastava joined my organization and everything changed completely. I see her not as a colleague, but as a friend. She is like my soulmate! We do everything together, from chewing in the middle of the work to complaining about people. She had a profound impact on my life and work ethic. Now I love coming to the office and I owe it all to her.
3.Meeting my husband and my best friend was the best thing that ever happened to me.
He influenced me and made me a better person by helping me achieve my goals.” I really don’t like it. I manage my own life and my lifestyle even now, everything is hard at work, I just make a phone call and everything becomes easier. I am so lucky to have a friend like my husband!
4.in the 11th grade, many things were happening at home that negatively affected my exam grades.
As a result, I started to be criticized and ridiculed by my teacher, but my teacher’s attitude towards my friends is not good. Pusi’s mistakes are bigger than mine. He understands me and supports me in my studies when I fail, he always corrects me first and makes me succeed. She even helped me cheat on exams because I couldn’t study. She helped me finish high school and convinced my teachers that I was talented. Taapsee helped me finish high school and I am so grateful for her presence in my life.
5.“This happened when I was in college and moved to a new city and lived with two strangers.
One day I fell ill and had a fever. Now I am scared of how I will cope with this situation. But then two strangers came to my room and when they realized I was very sick, they used blankets and blankets to keep me warm. Then they took me to their room, put me on their bed, gave me hot soup, put wet towels on my face to cool me down and checked on me regularly. This went on for three days.
That was the day I realized that I could have a group of friends who were like a pillar of support in my life, away from home. Thank you Komal and Ritu. There are not enough words to describe the deep friendships we formed during our stay in the dormitory.
