Ask yourself some simple questions to know how you are feeling about your life and responsibilities.

B.  Do I get extremely concerned and worried about my work?
C.  Do the worries of work get on my nerves and I cannot live my own life happily?
If the answers to the above questions are yes, then you really are suffering from stress and chances are there that it is at an advanced level and you need to take quick action to get out of the situation soon. 

How to Start Managing Stress
It is a step by step process which you need to take with good faith in yourself and determination. Quitting in between does not benefit anyone. Therefore it is best that you work till you get sure that you are feeling better and relaxed. 
A.  Relief yourself from some of the tasks by putting them aside if they can wait. Relax and tell yourself that it is not the right style of life to worry and work.

C.  Share your worries with your life partner but if you are single find good trustworthy and sincere friend to talk to him your worries and his consoling words or tips to manage stress can work wonder for you especially if he had an experience of his own in managing stress.  
D.  Sort out your real dreams and aims from your work and efforts. Follow the track of your dreams clearly and observe what you get even if it seems little. Find motivation in your hard work and try not to add more work in your schedule than you can easily handle. 

Adopt Healthy Techniques to Manage Stress
It is completely wrong to pick unhealthy techniques like smoking, drinking, taking sleeping pills, lashing out at others and screaming on them to relief your stress and other ways that make the matters worse instead of making it better. Opt for healthy ways and techniques to get rid of stress. There are plenty of these. The first thing you need is change. Change of your behavior, your perception, your style of interacting with life and as much as possible change of your life style.
